Terms of Service of PicoToolkit.com
1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the PicoToolkit.com website (the “Service”) and the services provided through it.
The Service is operated by: RR-Soft ul. Kierbedzia 8A 00-728 Warszawa VATEU: 921-192-91-92 (hereinafter the “Operator”).

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms.
2. Type and Scope of Services
The Service provides, in particular, the following functionalities:
- tools for editing and transforming text,
- tools for extracting data from content provided by users,
- a banner editor.
The services are provided electronically within the meaning of applicable European Union and Polish law.
As of the effective date of these Terms, all features of the Service are available free of charge. The Operator reserves the right to introduce paid features in the future, after notifying users in advance and updating these Terms.
3. Technical Requirements
To use the Service, you need:
- a device with Internet access,
- a current version of a web browser,
- enabled cookies and JavaScript in the browser settings.
The Operator is not liable for interruptions in the provision of services resulting from the user’s failure to meet the technical requirements described above.
4. Rules for Using the Service
When using the Service, the user shall:
- comply with applicable law, good practices and these Terms,
- refrain from transmitting any illegal, offensive, harmful or rights-infringing content,
- not use the Service to violate intellectual property rights, personal rights or data protection rules,
- not attempt to interfere with the source code, security or infrastructure of the Service.
The user is solely responsible for all content that they submit to or process through the Service and for any consequences of its use.
The Service is intended for processing content provided by the user. The Operator recommends that users keep backup copies of their original data and results outside the Service.
5. Processing of User Content
The user retains all intellectual property rights to the content submitted to the Service and to the results generated from that content.
For the duration of use of the Service, the user grants the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process the submitted content solely for the purpose of providing the services properly and improving their quality (including temporary storage and the creation of working copies).
The Operator does not claim any rights to commercially exploit the user’s content or the results generated from it, unless explicitly agreed with the user.
6. Liability
The services provided via the Service are tools made available on an “as-is” basis. The Operator uses reasonable efforts to ensure that the Service functions correctly, but does not guarantee that the results of processing will be error-free, complete or suitable for any particular purpose of the user.
The Operator is not liable for:
- any damage resulting from the use of results obtained via the Service,
- loss of data caused by reasons beyond the Operator’s control,
- interruptions in availability of the Service caused by force majeure, technical failures or actions of third parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Operator’s liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under mandatory provisions of European Union or Polish law, in particular towards consumers.
7. Personal Data and Cookies
Personal data of users are processed in accordance with applicable European Union law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Detailed information on the processing of personal data and the use of cookies is provided in the Privacy Policy available in the Service.
Using the Service may require accepting cookies in the browser settings.
8. Complaints
The user has the right to submit complaints related to the functioning of the Service and the quality of the services provided.
A complaint should contain at least: a description of the problem, a contact address and, if possible, screenshots or other information that may help identify the issue.
Complaints can be submitted via the contact form.
The Operator will review the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt and will respond electronically.
9. Termination of Use
The user may stop using the Service at any time without giving a reason.
The Operator may temporarily suspend or permanently block a user’s access to the Service if the user violates these Terms or applicable law.
The Operator reserves the right to cease providing services in whole or in part, after informing users in advance on the website, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
10. Changes to the Terms
The Operator may amend these Terms in particular in the event of:
- changes in applicable law,
- development of the Service’s functionalities,
- introduction of paid services.
The Operator will inform users about changes to the Terms by publishing the new wording in the Service and indicating the date on which the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any agreements concluded through the Service are governed by Polish law, taking into account applicable provisions of European Union law, in particular those concerning consumer protection and electronic services.
Any disputes between the Operator and the user will be resolved primarily amicably. If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be submitted to the competent common court.
12. Final Provisions
These Terms enter into force on the date of their publication in the Service.
The Terms are available in the Service in a form that allows them to be saved and printed by the user.
